Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use RFI, observations, and inspections mostly. Procore helps us with the traceability of information and record-keeping of who and when it was answered or submitted the information.

Scheduling tool has room for improvement.
Change orders can be difficult to create.

Daily Logs

Greatly improved, we used to do it by hand and the somebody else passed them to a word document and email them. Now via the app/cellphone, it is done very quickly.

Procore is well suited in scenarios or projects that have many key players involved, also long-term or long-duration projects are very adequate. Short termed or short-duration projects are a scenario where is less appropriate. Another scenario that is less appropriate is when you are the owner of the project.
