Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
We use it primarily to track funding across our organization. We track all staff funding, number of donors, average gift. We track health levels of different accounts and map performance over time. We keep track of all funding programs that we run. We keep track of everyone who's been involved in our programs in different ways. There's a ton of use cases we have.
- One of the best things it does well is make data visualization possible and super easy. With just a couple of clicks you can display a ton of data in a really simple-to-read way.
- I'd really love to see document creation be part of an internal thing in QuickBase and not just through a plugin outside. Pipelines generally work really, really well, but they can be tricky to set up. So just walking through more of the setup for pipelines.
- We have been able to accelerate revenue by about 40% in one year. We've saved a ton of money on development, and then we've been able to deploy apps faster and leave a smaller digital footprint. All the things mentioned, we've kind of got to see.
We love being able to see pieces of what everybody's working at. It's easy to just see it at a glance and see people's notes too on what they're doing.
Our team is hybrid, so it's allowed us to all be collaborative as things change. QuickBase is super simple to change and adapt with us as things change. So it's made it very agile.
