We use the services for scheduling our tasks and our IQC reports and providing the data back to clients and using applications for automations.
- I think efficiency is probably the most thing that has impacted our service level - and being able to quickly provide those responses back to the client. Efficiency is probably our biggest gain from using the Quickbase services.
Working with our reps we're able to quickly pivot and able to adjust our application services whether we need to remove something or add something to it to quickly change to the client's demands. So I think that's probably our biggest thing.
With our company, we have a lot of different asset types and a lot of different workflows, and I think we've been able to manage that in a way where we're able to collaboratively use the different applications and prep for the next stage of the process. I think that has been a great way for different lines of businesses to collaborate and make sure that the process is running smoothly from end to end.
