I think efficiency is probably the most thing that has impacted our service level - and being able to quickly provide those responses back to the client. Efficiency is probably our biggest gain from using the Quickbase services.

I would really like to see if it's able to utilize an asset a portion of it so that way it can be all-encompassing for our company or other companies. That way we're able to access those particular assets right away, whether it's pulling from a cloud or some type of cloud-based application. More AI would definitely help as well.
