Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for our practice and have 10 other clients that we use QuickBooks Online Advanced for. QuickBooks Online Advanced provides comprehensive bookkeeping and accounting solution. It is very useful as it is online solution, without the need to backup data or for the data to get corrupted, also links with many other applications.

Implementation

It was very easy to implement, we did not find any issues. QuickBooks Online Advanced also provides free of charge onboarding services, which we did not have to use by ourselves, as the whole change over was intuitive and seamless.

Cloud-Based System

We do have employees and subcontractors working remotely and QuickBooks Online Advanced helped with this, being an online solution.

Industry-Specific Uses

QuickBooks Online Advanced is and excellent solutions for accountants dealing with small and medium enterprises.

Alternatives Considered

FreeAgent, FreshBooks, Kashflow, Sage 50cloud Accounting, Wave Accounting, Xero and Nomisma

QuickBooks Online Advanced is on par with Xero, and both are market leaders in the Online Bookkeeping solutions. Multi-dimensional reporting is better than Xero but Xero has better WorkPapers, Hubdoc app and allows for online filing of accounts to Companies House and to HMRC. Other solutions are behind in development but are catching up.

It is great for small accounting firms and for small to medium business to help them manage bookkeeping and accounts, particularly with the need to multi - dimensional reports, e.g. with different geographical locations and different cost centres. Large organisations with high transactions volume would find it difficult to use and slow.

QuickBooks Online Advanced is an excellent solution for accountants and small businesses

Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
