Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
I've used many types of financial software with my clients. QuickBooks Online has made it much easier to provide remote consulting services, as well as for my clients to get their work done.
- Remote collaboration
- Financial reporting
- Invoicing
- Tracking by Customer or Department (Class)
- Troubleshooting errors
- Rules
- Industry-specific customization and training
- Help me expand to 100% remote
- The clients who don't want to use Quickbooks are clients I don't want
Once the data is imported, is it relatively easy. The only problem has been from Quickbooks Simple Start.
I have worked 100% remotely for years. I can't imagine using desktop-based accounting again.
It frustrates me that Quickbooks tries to make me a sales agent for them. The experience for me and for my clients is confusing, full of hassles, and always changing based on Intuit's pricing, reseller schemes, and tech package. I hate it.
Quickbooks has made their other products frustrating to use by eliminating features. Their feature bundling is annoying, confusing, and frustrating. QuickBooks Online Advanced or Pro or whatever their next marketing/sales idea fills me with dread.
