Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use QuickBooks Online Advanced for 8 of our companies where I work and I use it for my company. And we have 2 still on Enterprise. It's much easiest to share access to employees with the online base. My department does all of the accounting for those 9 companies so the scope is anything to do with accounting.

Implementation

The setup of QuickBooks Online Advanced is probably the easiest out there. You can choose an industry and QuickBooks Online Advanced will create all the general accounts. Then you can customize from there, if needed.

Cloud-Based System

The SSO login is super helpful for people to use for the login purposes but they still need to remember their QuickBooks Online Advanced login since it will be asked several times. Being web based is the main reason for using QuickBooks Online Advanced, compared to desktop.

QuickBooks Online Advanced is well suited for small businesses and medium businesses that are not going to need complicated financials. QuickBooks Online Advanced would not work for large companies in my opinion. It wouldn't work for any company that you would need to customize financials, like cents per miles, etc. in my opinion.
