Overall Satisfaction with RingEX

We use RingEX as our primary VOIP solution. It provides us with calling, faxing, SMS, contacts, IVR Menus, etc... both while at the office and while we travel to client locations for work that requires being on site. This allows our team an incredible amount of flexibility and truly adds more value than we had initially expected. Support is great to work with and follow up in a timely fashion.

  • Call queues and history logs
  • Custom rule scheduling can be overly complicated since the last major update
  • Support teams can be so eager to follow up that they reach out excessively during weekends while we have informed them we are not open
  • Costs have become a bit higher than when we had started working with RingCentral.
  • We've been able to cut out our POTS line based fax machines for 12+ physical office locations. That's resulted in a rough savings of $30/month/location
  • The ability to take our same phone number on the road as we often travel has allowed us to stay in closer contact with our customers.
Nearly no issues over the past 4+ years we've been using this service.
We've not taken advantage of many of the collaboration opportunities that RingEX has available. We are aware of the value they may add, but we've simply not made time to implement them thus far.
This was a solution that we could not only use in house as our primary VOIP service, but we could also support and resell to our member offices. The cost savings and deals that RingEX will work out to win new business has been a major win for both ourselves and our customers.
