Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling automates and replaces several other company functions for HR and payroll. It provides onboarding and offboarding. It records jobs and people. It tracks paid time off and weekly timesheets. It runs our payroll and integrates with QBO. We were on Zenefits for many years and that service kept disappointing us over and over and finally they removed QBO integration. Thankfully we found Rippling which is far superior to Zenefits in my opinion.

  • They need live phone support. Only email/messaging which is bad when you need asap.
  • Too many features and options that are split out for extra fees
  • It reduces the demand on staff and eliminates the need for extra staff and filing.
In my opinion Rippling blows Zenefits out of the water. There is no comparison. We used Zenefits for years and they drove us out by reducing features while increasing fees I found. From my point of view, it very limited platform compared to Rippling.
I wish Rippling had phone support but they don't. They only offer email/message support and it's relatively responsive, but you're stuck if there's an urgent situation -- not good. But I believe compared to Zenefits awful support, Rippling shines.

Very extensive feature set if you're willing to pay a premium.
Companies wanting to move their HR processes and documents online. Rippling handles that very well.
