Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

In my role we use Rippling as our HRIS, which allows company access of email, google business suite, Aircall, Slack, and other tech stack. We also do our employee onboarding through Rippling, and all HR related matters. In my current position, I don't use the attached ATS, but I have used it in the past to seamlessly screen, hire and send offer letters.

Rippling is much better, more functional, and the UI is much easier to navigate. One thing that TriNet does better on the employee side is it shows when the next pay period is. This is useful to employees when a bank holiday is coming up and lands on the normal payday.
I have only used Rippling support when I was working in a recruiting position and using the Rippling ATS along with the HRIS. Support time is lightning fast with a real person, this cut down on a lot of time when handling the little details, like trying to integrate a company LinkedIn site for job postings.

Seamless integrations and easy to navigate. I loved the ATS HRIS integration that allows a candidate to go from offer stage to onboarding without additional data input, just a click of a button. From the employee side, the UI is fast and simple, no need to go digging through tons of subfolders to find what you are looking for.
Excellent all around in my opinion. I have used various HRIS interfaces throughout my career, and Rippling is the most seamless and all inclusive. Rippling's automated system is even great at managing and monitoring company devices (laptops) when an employee is onboarded and they need a device, Rippling sends it out and even takes control of the device when an employee leaves and generates a shipping label and box to send the device back.
