Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling is used for employee management and payroll coordination, we pay through another software but at the moment we align our comp and benefits through the app.
It's used as a centric place for storing information, and from the IT end we currently use it to handle the 2FA for Rippling and the resetting of it, along with automated termination workflows that disable accounts once the user is terminated.

- Rippling has helped us with Google negotiations time and time again
- Being a re-seller of Google means they take the burden of support, they're 9 to 6 Mon-Fri, so if something blows up on a weekend you can't get anyone until Monday
- At times, the integration options are a bit obtuse and confusing.
Rippling is just far more robust in terms of how it tries to do roll it all into one neat interface for both users and admins, along with the ability to generate customized reports that assist us with doing company-wide support ops, drilldowns or generally massive sweeps.
