Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
We recently onboarded to Rippling to handle our hiring and payroll needs as well as soon to come benefits management. Our scope as a start up is small but we selected Rippling knowing it will be the most scalable option as we grow.
- Implementation has been patient and thorough, we feel well supported
- Integrations are great
- The native and 3rd party apps connect feature is really impressive
- It would be nice if expense tracking/reporting for employees to get reimbursed didn't require a separate subscription
- We are too new to know what else is missing
- We just started using the software
- The software is helping us start out with everything organized
- Has so far provided a good foundation for scaling up
Rippling is a better fit for our team as we are fully remote and work in different states.
