Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We recently onboarded to Rippling to handle our hiring and payroll needs as well as soon to come benefits management. Our scope as a start up is small but we selected Rippling knowing it will be the most scalable option as we grow.
  • Implementation has been patient and thorough, we feel well supported
  • Integrations are great
  • The native and 3rd party apps connect feature is really impressive
  • It would be nice if expense tracking/reporting for employees to get reimbursed didn't require a separate subscription
  • We are too new to know what else is missing
  • We just started using the software
  • The software is helping us start out with everything organized
  • Has so far provided a good foundation for scaling up
Rippling is a better fit for our team as we are fully remote and work in different states.
Support has been great so far, very attentive and personalized.

Great UX/UI
For our use base Rippling was clearly the best option. For a smaller company that isn't preparing for a lot of growth it may not be the best fit.
