Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is primarily used within our organization to facilitate essential employee-Human Resources administration such as benefits management, payroll, and time off requests. Communication and information distribution for these areas is handled through the application. Yearly open enrollment is facilitated within the Rippling workflow, and employees are able to access benefits summary documents
and the options are laid out in a clear way to help compare which plans are the
best personal fit. Employees can view payroll history and control Direct Deposit, as well as access relevant documents stored such as W2s and Pay stubs. Time off requests are submitted through Rippling and approved through Rippling's workflow.
  • Employees are able to monitor status of time off requests, cutting down on email traffic

  • Task tracking & reminders in one place
  • Emails aren't always consistently styled
  • Dashboard can get a little cluttered with notifications
  • Banner pop ups aren't always relevant content for the average user
  • As an employee, I can only speak to my personal experience

I've used ADP for payroll in the past, and like some others I've used, it was a bit clunky and outdated. In comparison, Rippling has a much cleaner and modern look and feel and it's easy to find what you're looking for. Unlike others I have had experiences with, Rippling is easy to login and use on a mobile device as well.

Overall, as en employee, I have had a very positive experience with Rippling. It's easy to understand, easy to use over multiple platforms, and I like the design of the site/application. It's nice to have a portal where I can take care of multiple tasks and requests in one place. In one application I can track my PTO requests, manage my direct deposit, access my W2s and pay stubs, and get all the info for my benefits package options. I would recommend this product after using it for almost 4 years.
Had nothing but good experiences as an employee/user for time off requests, Payroll, benefits management, etc. It would be nice to be able to customize the dashboard and menu options, as many of the available listings may not apply to the average employee user.

Yes - While I have not yet used the app, I have been able to log in and access my tasks and records using the Rippling mobile website. It is accessible and the layout is comparable to the desktop site and is clear and easy to read.
