Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

Not applicable. We have not needed these features yet.
We use RUN to manage payroll and all withholdings for employees. ADP makes payroll effortless, and it is a blessing to know that all of the complexities of state and federal taxes are being handled professionally. It brings peace of mind to know that we have the payroll experts by our side at all times.
  • The payroll processing user interface is clear and easy to use.
  • Updating State Unemployment Insurance is as easy as possible.
  • Digital versions of tax documentation.
  • Honestly, all of the functionality I've need has worked brilliantly. So I have nothing to say regarding the cons.
  • Saving time and money.
  • Peace of mind in knowing that all payments are being handled correctly.
  • Being able to represent to partners and investors that our financial systems are being professionally administered.
It is helpful that employees have access to their annual W-2 forms. There is much more functionality that we have not needed yet, since our requirements are minimal and straightforward. However, we are happy to know that the full range of payroll and HR features is there for us to grow into.
We used Wells Fargo's payroll service before ADP, and it was good. When ADP acquired that business from Wells Fargo, the process of submitting our payroll became even easier. My sense is that ADP may have the highest degree of HR integration of the payroll systems I have worked with, which includes ADP, Paychex, Ovation, and Wells Fargo.

As a small business, we might have been tempted to manage payroll on our own in order to save costs. However, we have discovered that it is so much easier to have a professional organization manage all of the details, particularly since the details of tax rates and withholding scenarios are always changing. The cost-benefit ratio clearly favors using ADP, even as a small organization.
