Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Run Powered by ADP is being used by Crews Control for our payroll and tax needs across the whole organization. We have used this platform for only a few bi-weekly payrolls so far and it is very user-friendly and efficient. There's a section of RUN that is hard to navigate without instruction and that is where one confidentially discusses matters via secure email with your payroll representative and/or other ADP staff members.

Pros and Cons

Easy to navigate payroll features.
Easy to pull reports.
Payroll representatives are very responsive via this platform.

Some reports are jumbled and repetitive.
Secure email transactions are hard to navigate at first.
Haven't found a 3rd con as I've only used this platform a few times.

Return on Investment

ADP is more expensive and has taken some time to learn; however, I believe the benefit will come with time saved once the platform is fully being utilized.
The RUN platform offers features that other companies do not offer.

Employee Self-Service

Employees are able to access and manage their personal information as well as their pay stubs and W2s. We are integrating our 401k very soon and they will be able to manage that from there as well.

Alternatives Considered

Paychex Flex

I am very familiar with Paychex Flex and what this platform lacks and does well. I cannot say I am anywhere near as familiar with RUN Powered by ADP and cannot offer a true response. However, I believe from what I've seen and used so far, RUN has far more capabilities and will make my job a lot easier than Paychex Flex once I can fully delve into the platform and learn and use the features accordingly.

Likelihood to Recommend

I can't give an in-depth review as I haven't had the opportunity to delve into the product yet. ADP seems well suited for the basic needs of running payroll and having payroll taxes filed on their behalf.
