Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Sage Intacct is used for AP and Financial reports. Our whole company uses it. We have a purchasing system, and AR system that interfaces with Sage Intacct.
  • Financial reports - memorized reports with various sections.
  • Calculations - we use census to calculate ppds.
  • Options of Excel, HTMLs, CSV, or PDF files.
  • If you have multiple entities there is no way to track what groups / reports they are in. We have 100s of reports and it is impossible to quickly make sure they contain the correct info.
  • While customer service focused, potential enhancements seem to be based on votes, not necessarily what would improve function.
  • The Sage Intacct Community needs to fix the password re-set ability - I always have to call in b/c the re-set email never shows up.
  • - Have not been able to run reports b/c the problem had to be moved up the priority level. That caused us to be late with information.
  • + Able to run reports in various forms - making various lenders happy about not having to manually input info.
Like the live data info for AP, and GL entries. Having re-occurring entry ability.
Right now we are trying to come up with an integration between an AR and Sage Intacct - neither side wants to be responsible. This is causing us to have to manually import info.
Truthfully the Accounting department fights against any conversion b/c of the huge time commitment.

Want cloud access, and don't have super complicated reports.

The more complicated the reports the harder to adjust. (This maybe an issue just for us b/c we have been with Sage Intacct for so many years, they may have made the changes easier if you are creating new reports).
