Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct to provide accounting and controllership services to clients. We perform all sorts of accounting and bookkeeping tasks from Accounts Payable to bank reconciliation. It helps us keep track of transactions and reconcile bank accounts so clients know their balances. several of our clients use it and I perform A/P duties for several clients on Sage Intacct.
- Navigation is easier than other accounting software. I can find things quickly.
- It is straightforward. You can learn easily and probably won't get stuck.
- It makes sense to accountants. I like that it uses accounting terms.
- I don't like not being able to delete transactions.
- I don't like not being able to change a transaction.
- I wish it was easier to change payments that are applied to invoices.
- It helps us with check runs.
- It is the preferred software for us.
- It streamlines our work.
Yes, the automation has benefited us through the import feature. The import feature often saves me personally lots of time. I would be entering invoices or receipts for hours on some occasions, but with the import feature, I can sometimes be done in 5 minutes and continue with my work.
Do you think Sage Intacct delivers good value for the price?
Yes
Are you happy with Sage Intacct's feature set?
Yes
Did Sage Intacct live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Sage Intacct again?
Yes
Sage is a bit less user friendly, but the end result (let's say a bank reconciliation for example) ends up being a lot cleaner on Intacct because of the accounting-friendly nature of the Intacct software. QuickBooks can have problems that aren't as easy to trace as they would be on Intacct which can be very frustrating.
