Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

For a great accounting adventure. Better on accuracy more when it comes to auditing. Then to maintain a good cash flow in the organization it's always advisable or a good trend to check on the inflow and outflow of cash. The business state would not be defined if no accounting is done.

Pros

  • Journal ,ledger and order entry that is well done.
  • Long term investments for long term financial planning.
  • Invoicing and easy sending of quotations.

Cons

  • Maybe make is more reliable for large databases.
  • Making it easy to audit on all single expenses spent.
  • Secure for all cash flows and data management.
  • Asset management at its best more friendly on fixed assets.
It is to our advantage when we are able to control our in sales and out sales that is how accounts payable and receivable are well handled. Has helped us to control orders either on invoices or sales. Account keeping on the ledger is a good way to help in finalizing and working on reporting.
Development is well observed or maintained where there are projects and tasks to take place. There is a need to plan a budget for all that to take place. Contracts from various stakeholders can be controlled. Revenue management is on public and it is on multi-entity control. It is automatic for small data.
Configuration is great. It is continuously functional with great designs and easy features to manage with. Works on all computer softwares without hitch on any desktop. Keeps improving and aiming for the best in default settings. Rarely update features so once started using it stick to that. Not much experience is required.

Just from the beginning, I have no regrets and no doubts that it would suit all accounting problems. Best and many easy features but still only on small enterprises. For better-perfect auditing and to solve a solution of losing invoices and quotations. It is a good way to account for the expenses in the organization.
