Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Sage Intacct to pull data into our system and generate optimised cash flow mechanisms, allowing users to track inflows and outflows better and suggest ways to improve and forecast cash flow. We use Sage Intacct as part of our AP and AR automation where we help users to strategically plan and optimise working capital.
- The documentation is self explanatory most of the times, helps in understanding the entity better
- The help section is very useful when it's difficult to create any transaction
- The categorisation is clear and concise, I use AP,AR, GL mostly
- I also liked the UI part
- Sometimes its difficult to understand why a particular transaction is failing, and the error information may not be understandable. This could be done better
- documentation which has the error codes and relevant solutions to resolve that could be a feature i would suggest
- We had our clientele expanded and more and more Sage Intacct users have come to use
- Supporting Sage Intacct integration helped us hit our profit goals and increased our revenue
- Although I may not have the perfect number this helped our business and had a huge impact on our success
As we provide AR and AP automation, these processes helped us get the data we need with all the required fields and provide a tangible forecast of cash flows and predict the key performance indicators. Particularly the accounts receivable integration benefitted us in tracking performance, streamlining collections and to predict the inflows and payment delays with the use of AI
we have used multi-entity module, time and expense management particularly the employee expenses and reimbursements. This feature helped us to create a better software that our users needed
Netsuite is not beginner friendly, Quickbooks desktop is outdated and QuickBooks Online has technical issues which would take time to be resolved. Overall Sage is easier to use and easily understandable. Help Page in the UI has most things covered to have the seamless experience
