Overall Satisfaction with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is being used within multiple departments across part of the organization for email needs. It addresses communication business problems and list management to send messages and solicitations out. There are multiple business units within our instance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio. There are some people from each unit that have knowledge of the platform.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio is well suited in situations for broadbased communications that require personalization, segmentation, and a detailed marketing strategy. It is less useful when it is a generic email and communication for internal stakeholders that does not require personalization and perhaps requires follow up from other parties.
