Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

We use SalesLoft primarily on the business development team and starting in sales. Prior to my role now, I was a BDR and used it every day in my role to structure my cadences for outreach, make my cold calls, and track my email engagement to know what was working and what wasn't. I would highly recommend SalesLoft to anyone in a prospecting role!

Any time something has been off, we have gotten a quick response to get it fixed.
Great integration to SalesForce bot able to integrate to our video call system for conversational intelligence.
It's great in a business development role or in a sales role that involves prospecting. It keeps you organized, allows you to run different campaigns for different contacts, and see what is working and what isn't. Where I don't think it would be well suited is targeting very different prospects/accounts that require a lot of reworking messaging or when you aren't executing on a high volume of outreach.
