Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Since I first put this software in place, it has played a key role in protecting the company's business operations. It was also seen as a crucial platform for managing all virtual and online business operations. The database will at least serve as a guide for further adjustments, so I also find this program to be extremely helpful as a backup in the future in case I want to modify the company's regulations, structure, or just the commercial activity.

Scalability

It has significantly increased our workload, which has allowed us to comfortably take on each new responsibility. It has also given us a new interface to use for transactions and better agreements, which has significantly increased the number of commercial agreements we have gotten in the past year and also enabled us to consolidate the best possible commercial bases for upcoming events.

Ease of Integration

For non-SAP apps to be integrated, we had a number of criteria. The user was able to check their accounts and targeted ship-to for bulk deliveries thanks to the territory management system's use of common API calls to backend databases. OpenText Media Manager's standard integration plug-ins made integrating photos simple and allowed for the sourcing of approved images.
