- Move some functions from SAP CRM to Sales Cloud (C4C). Replication between C4C and CRM is sometimes an issue and some functionality sit in CRM while potential users of that feature use sales cloud
- Quicker approval of marketing investments lead to shorter payback period
It integrates well with SAP ERP and SAP CRM, which is very helpful.
Other integrations are not very intuitive (DocuSign, Microsoft Outlook/Excel, etc)
