Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud
We want to use an easy solution to integrate to our large catalog of products with a easy way to buy and deliver for our clients without worry about integration issues and other engineering things. We found SAP Sales Cloud integrate easy with our daily operations and integration takes to our development 6 months less that we planned at start. Definitely we found a correct solution but the price is very high compared with other solutions in the market and the features is not at all that SAP Sales Cloud talks. Currently we search third-party solutions for increase speed, reduce costs and increase value for our clients.
- easy to integrate for developers with current solutions
- learning curve medium, all employees understand but takes time and effort
- complex to understand analytics but good approach with headdache issues
- Business units complex, employees need much time for understand platform
- Integration "as-is" is very easy, but on-premise tools required hard work for integrate
- Price is very high, we think in favor of other platforms in the cloud
- High costs, very expensive acquiring modules that your organisation does not required
- Easy adoption for developers, integrate is easy comparing with other solutions of the market
- Requires specific skills for all the people that use this solution, requiring more time for adoption
SAP Sales Cloud is easy to implementing connecting other sources that have configured SAP Sales Cloud but if requires connect data lakes or data pipelines your engineering team requires more effort and time. Once that system is configured you can take advantage of dozens of features provided by SAP at a high price. Use SAP Sales Cloud if your business area have a medium budget but you can rethink at a long term because the value of the features is high but is most expensive comparing with other solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 360 and Oracle CRM. For the side of your customers can get a understandable environment from your desktop computers while mobile is a nightmare.
Easy adoption using other products like SAP Customer Data Solutions and SAP Service Cloud. For your developers integration is transparent but if your business logic or on-premise software is made by your organisation, integration is not easy and required more time (and engineers)
