Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

It helped in automating the tasks and keeping check on them. The storage and usage was very easy. It's easy to use interface helped saving lots of man hours and made everyone productive in the team. It streamlined the HRMS and it was easier to track individual progress and check on it.

It integrates very well with other SAP products. It is well integrated with tasks and performance and we can see if an employee has completed the task aa it automatically shows in the HRMS. It helps in keeping a check on the performance of an employee and helps in rewarding the top performers automatically
SAP invests heavily in allowing its customers to maintain global compliance standards, facilitate seamless worldwide operations, and customize products & solutions with country-specific business rules. This is very true as we can easily see that with Indian context . It has a huge client base in lots of other countries and the way it thinks about an organization like us is amazing
It is more easy to use and very well integrated with all the other organization tools . It makes looking at the team from bird eye view and on an individual basis very easy and helps in management of them in a better way. It gives constant reminder of incomplete tasks and helps you see other's progress in that task

It is well suited for businesses with a large team as it is very easy to manage and look into individual performances from that. It gives a personal touch to HRMS and works just fine for a medium size organization too. For smaller teams it is a little pricy and should look into that
