Used for payroll and time management; performance management and management of employee training.

  • Not always easy to cut/paste from a word doc into SuccessFactors
  • Does like use if billeted list when copied from another source
  • Increased HR productivity
  • Less dependency on HR
  • Sustainability through payroll paper reduction
No issues with integration as we transitioned to S4 HANA
I use SuccessFactors on a frequent basis whereas I only use Work Human intermittently. Both are similar in ease of use.

Useful management tool for people managers. Just wish it had more compatibility with the Microsoft suite of tools.
