Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We use success factors as an HRMS portal, tracking various performance and peer reviews. Also, for enabling employee access to various org-wide policy documents, leave management, and org charts, amongst other things. We've had a very good experience since we switched to success factors, as it is really helpful in streamlining our performance feedback journey. We can take feedback from various peers and stakeholders easily. All of the related information is readily available for everyone, reducing the load on HR.

It's a good product for taking performance reviews. We have a multi-layered feedback process where we need to take into account feedback from various leaders, Cross-functional heads, and even our peers in and out of the team.
