Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Being an IT based company we use ScreenConnect every day across the whole organization to provide remote computer support. We troubleshoot, diagnose and fix a majority of our client's issues without ever leaving the office.
  • ScreenConnect has a very small footprint running on the client devices compared to some other remote software solutions that are overly bloated.
  • ScreenConnect's ability to re-connect either after a reboot or for some other unforeseen internet issue is amazing.
  • ScreenConnect has the easiest and most fluid way for a client to reach out for remote support.
  • I have honestly no complaints or recommendations for areas of improvements for ScreenConnect. It just works and works well.
  • We have seen positive ROI with ScreenConnect with increased efficiency on our desktop support. We are able to resolve many issues without leaving the office.
ScreenConnect blows everyone else out of the water quite honestly. Price is much better and you get more features and options.
ScreenConnect is well suited for any and all remote desktop support.
