Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
I use it to connect to my customers and family members to solve PC issues, do updates, backup, etc.
- When Windows starts a reboot and stops on a screen to tell you that applications are open and gives you the option to cancel or close them - ScreenConnect shows that screen - LogMeIn does not which puts a remote computer in limbo.
- Easy to set up deploy.
- Seems to be pretty reliable - I haven't really had any issues since I changed over.
- Speed, which has improved but a little faster would be nice.
- I don't care much for the drop down menu and Ctrl + Alt + Del button is awkward. I'd like for the menu to be cleaner.
- My goal was to find a more cost effective solution than LogMeIn. It does everything I need and saves me money - it's a great win.
I think LogMeIn was a little faster but ScreenConnect has all the features that I needed.
