Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect

Our company uses ScreenConnect to remotely connect, and manage all of our company's computers across our three remote campuses. This product helps our company quickly and efficiently respond to help desk tickets regardless of our location, or the location of our clients. Since its installation, productivity and responsiveness have increased dramatically.

  • Allows you to communicate clearly with a client through its chat functionality
  • Allows you to quickly add all of your computers through the Access installation
  • Better Macintosh support
  • Better cross platform support
  • Better iOS support
  • Overall cost was sufficient.
  • Would like a better option for multiple technicians at one time.
  • Drastically increases efficiency of our help desk.
ScreenConnect was better for our larger environment to manage multiple computers.
Best suited for an environment where your clients are spread out across multiple sites. I have personally used it to connect to clients all across the globe. The ability to create a session for people who are not a part of the organization is a plus as well. Being able to tell a vendor to go to a certain site and being able to help is a huge time saver.

ScreenConnect Support

ScreenConnect gives me the capability to connect to any of my client computers no matter how far away they are from the office. It's simple, easy to use, and the user doesn't have to do anything on their end other than go to a website or already have the Access program installed.
