Pros and Cons

SEMRush is a simple and easy to use tool where you can do audits, keyword research, page metrics, etc.
The suite of SEO tools is incredible as well, which helps to boost your traffic.
You can set up projects, receive notifications, report to clients, and more.

The only thing I don't like about the SEMRush is their traffic predictions.
They provide a response in 1-2 days, which is a significant drawback.
They should allow some more functionalities for users to experience in an effective way.

Return on Investment

SEMRush provides better analytical report through which I can make better campaigns and get a better return on investment.
In-depth monitoring and time to time analysis helped SEMRush to keep my website better and help to rank on top pages.
It provides relevant and useful data of the competitor's keyword by which it helps in google ads to build ad copies and better CPC.

SEMRush stacks up against them by providing better functionalities and user interface software for the users. It has a lot of features by which anyone can get a full data report and can analyze them quickly. It provides overall data. In Moz and other tools, we can find that many features an functionalities which SEMRush delivers to users. That is the main thing I have chosen SEMRush overall all.

Support Rating

Their response is a little bit slow, but they respond in between 48 hours. I feel they should respond within minutes and provide build better communications with customers. This will help customers, and by this, SEMRush can quickly gain loyal customers. They can respond through the mail by which customers or users can understand ye the query is in progress.
