Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring has enabled the sales department and marketing department to seamlessly work together and automate many tasks, ultimately allowing us to get way more done with fewer resources and make informed decisions on direction. Knowing what’s working and where we need to pivot is key to optimizing our efforts and gaining a positive ROI. SharpSpring definitely provides the tools to succeed. We have seen that many businesses fail to track the valuable insights and analytics that SharpSpring provides and therefore waste a lot of time and money.
  • Automated tasks with visual workflows are simple to set up and ultimately save a lot of time.
  • Chatbot workflows are also simple to set up and can be set up to qualify a lead for you.
  • Web insights are amazing, giving you insight on how people are getting to your pages and their behavior on your site, which empowers you to make smart decisions and have meaningful targeted interactions with prospects.
  • I really would like to see the email template creator be more user friendly and intuitive
  • SharpSpring saves us a ton of time and has had a positive ROI for our company and clients
I believe SharpSpring stacks up against Salesforce and HubSpot quite well and beats the price of them significantly. I am would definitely recommend anyone familiar with these sales and marketing automation platforms to give SharpSpring a try. I believe you will be quite pleased with the features, especially at a fraction of the cost of HubSpot and Salesforce.
