Overall Satisfaction with Skype for Business
Skype for Business is being used for video calls with learning groups. It is primarily used by three departments that focus on professional development. It helps create remote class rooms for departments and users.
- Quality of video is good and noticeably better than standard skype
- Easy to use, not too dissimilar from standard skype
- Audio quality certainly could use some work
- Lag needs to be secured, frame rate shouldn't fall below a certain threshold on good internet connections
- The cost definitely is worth the quality of video and ease of use
- Again, the value compared to free options is very high
Call quality, audio and connection are all superior. I suppose Google Hangouts has better social integration as well as calendar integration. But that might be because I prefer Gmail to Outlook.
