Always in the Know. Always There.

This is a great tool for remote working and staying in constant contact with your staff/co-workers. It's like still sitting in the same room without physically being together. You have the opportunity to chat as a group or chat privately with someone. You can create channels to chat about specific topics and organize how it suits you. The new Automation and Canvas features are a plus and gives more options. I honestly I am not sure how it could be less appropriate.. maybe if someone doesn't realize that depending how you setup a channel or conversation, that it may not be entirely private to the Admins.
