Overall Satisfaction with Slintel

We were using the service to mine the contact information of the organizations we were reaching out to. Though the database you will be getting is not huge as compared to ZoomInfo, you can easily get information on senior folks from the industry. The bounce rates have been lower for us, maybe because of the limited data we have been getting. But if you are an existing ZoomInfo customer, I would recommend you to keep using that and try Slintel in parallel.

  • You can call up the team and ask for Adhoc services, like pulling out websites for the company, conference attendees' companies/websites, etc.
  • Valid phone numbers, if your team does cold calling
  • Databases, need more of them

If you are looking for a limited number of contacts to run email campaigns on or to make a connection with them, Slintel is the tool. If you are looking for bulk email campaigns, avoid mining databases on Slintel. Cost-wise - Slintel is way cheaper than ZoomInfo. In terms of services - With Slintel we used to get a week-on-week catch-up with the team who use to understand the challenges we were facing and use to resolve the same on call. With ZoomInfo - this was on request
