Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise
In our case is only used in order to give IT support to the servers or workstations of the company. I am in outsourcing, so I use this application to give them support. Thanks to Splashtop we can fix issues, problems in servers and on the computers of the users. And we give maintenance to the servers/computers, so we can work during the night without going to the office.
- We can connect to computers with Mac, Linux and Windows (include the old versions and servers) from any device.
- Have a great performance.
- The price is excellent, and you can add any computer without affecting the price.
- They have a nice support team.
- At this momment I'm ok with the software.
- In my case that I'm an outsourcing is a good investment, because we can support the employees without being there and during the night.
I used LogMeIn and later I search for others alternatives. Searching on internet I found Splashtop, the price sound amazing for me so I starting with the trial version, after testing I see that was easy and accomplish the goal that we were looking for I was even more interesting. In many cases, I used it from my mobile, so I try to use it but I couldn't, the application has a bug. I send an email and explain to them that I am a potential customer but I cannot test the mobile version - they ask me some information about my mobile and the next day they sent me an email that updates the app from the play store. And it works, they fixed it. So the compromise that they have and their great support was the final step to take the decision. And we have 4 happy years with them without any claim.
