Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop Enterprise

This is so user-friendly and makes working remotely that much easier. Easy to install, easy to access the remote computer. Customer service was super friendly and easy to work with when I had a billing question. Thank you very much for that.
  • Once you have app open one click to get to the computer you want.
  • Able to customize viewing very easily.
  • Allows transferring of files with ease.
  • Would be nice if my widescreen didn't have black bars and it would stretch to maximize the monitor.
  • I am so much more productive working remotely.
Super easy and quick results with customer service. Only had one issue and started my second year using the program.

Working remotely to a paperless brick office has made my job easy to do remotely. Very reliable. The office from time to time will have slow internet and I get a lag. But I do not think that it is tied to Splashtop. I have never had a problem connecting. The price is just right.
