- Provides the basic features that I need to support my customers.
- Deployment can be clumsy to find the package.
- Doesn't auto reconnect after remote system reboot.
- Works as I need it to.

It's certainly not as feature rich or the same level of remote management system, but Splashtop SOS is a fraction of the cost and does exactly what I need it to do.
