Overall Satisfaction with Splashtop SOS

Remote customer support and remote server access.
  • Good price point.
  • Provides the basic features that I need to support my customers.
  • Deployment can be clumsy to find the package.
  • Doesn't auto reconnect after remote system reboot.
  • Works as I need it to.
  • Will lower our cost to support our clients systems.
It's certainly not as feature rich or the same level of remote management system, but Splashtop SOS is a fraction of the cost and does exactly what I need it to do.
