On Par with Other Social Listening Tools
Overall Satisfaction with Sprinklr Modern Research
Our marketing department is the only one that uses Sprinklr Modern Research. If we identify any key insights that are worth sharing with other Business Units, we make sure to do so. We mainly use Sprinklr Modern Research for its Social Listening functionality, which lets us keep up with keywords and trends that social users are engaging with. This helps us make informed decisions when determining content to post about, so we can make sure it's timely, relevant, and is something that social users would be interested in. It also helps us determine key insights on our various social audiences, such as who else they follow and what their main interests are.

- Brandwatch, Meltwater Social (formerly sysomos), Sprout Social, Khoros CX Insights (formerly Topbox) and Socialbakers Suite
While I wasn't involved in the selection process, I believe the main reason Sprinklr Modern Research was chosen as our social listening platform was that we were already using Sprinklr as our social scheduling tool. This way, we would have all of our social tools under one umbrella and all be part of the same platform. I've used other social listening tools in the past, and I feel that Sprinklr Modern Research is about on par with the others that I've used.
