Overall Satisfaction with Sprout Social

We use Sprout Social for our social media accounts to send out information from a centralized platform. Our social media reports are being generated through Sprout Social. It cuts down on workload. We have more than 20 content creators on the team and it is used across the whole organization.
  • Monthly Reports.
  • Perfect customer service.
  • Scheduling social media posts.
  • Pricey compared to other platforms.
  • There are some capabilities that are hard to find and figure out how to use.
  • The interface is not user-friendly.
25 - There are 20 content creators and 5 directors. Content creators use Sprout Social to post content to our social media accounts and they generate monthly reports and send them to the directors.
  • It reduced the workload. Especially with the monthly reports.
  • It saved us time. We can easily schedule our posts.
  • Our social media interactions have been increased.
I used Hootsuite earlier and liked it. I would prefer to use Hootsuite compared to this product but the management did not allow for that.
For organizations with multiple social media accounts and teams with more than 10 people, it would be a good decision to use Sprout Social. If there are only one or two social media accounts, then Sprout Social might not be the best option based on its price.
