Sprout Social is an invaluable tool for our organisation, as it effectively addresses critical business challenges in the dynamic world of healthcare marketing and communication. Although the products are very similar, I've just found Sprout Social more intuitive to use. The dashboards they provide and how they've streamlined processes within the platform, prove for a very positive user experience for us. In my opinion, everything is simply laid out, easy to find and easy to interact with. I think Hootsuite is very competively priced, but I think Sprout Social has effortlessly allowed us to manage a huge amount of accounts and users, whereas Hootsuite is more suited to smaller organisations.
