Based on what we required and achieved, SurveyMonkey met our expectations and it was very easy to use + reports are very easy to extract which doesn't require a lot of work actually.

When creating surveys, it's very userfriendly where you can copy from any where and paste it to edit on it, also sharing the survey is very easy, where you can create multiple links if you are targeting group of people where you need to divide your responses
