Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is being used by all the departments in my company. All the employees use Talkdesk to provide customer service to all of our stakeholders. We mostly use Talkdesk for inbound and outbound calls. Our company use Talkdesk because it is super easy to use it and its efficient. As we provide customer service, this software handles all of the workload.

  • Can see the caller ID and can transfer the calls to other agents.
  • Can monitor live calls.
  • The layout is great and it is easy to navigate.
  • Need to reset or refresh the callbar multiple times.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Reduced the call handle times.
  • Increased call quality.
Talkdesk is very user-friendly software. it's very convenient to navigate through the interface. The sound quality and ease make this my favourite way to communicate. Troubleshooting tips are easily accessible as well. I do appreciate the caller ID feature which makes our work easy and we can assist clients in a timely manner.
As a part of the company, I'm very satisfied with the performance of the Talkdesk because it is user-friendly and innovative. Talkdesk is easy and fun to use for everyone. Using a talk desk with my company has been an easy breezy process. Talkdesk is more convenient than using a regular phone.
Using this software with my company has always been exceptional. I've been using talk desk for almost 3 years now and it is quick to get any issue resolved. I do appreciate the call transferring feature because it saved my as well as customer's time if they reached out to the wrong department.

I always enjoyed the simplicity of Talkdesk. When we receive the call, it is very easy to see who is calling. It allows us to look up the call log by selecting the name, phone number or email address of the customer. It allows us to transfer the calls to coworkers very easily. I would say Talkdesk deserves 10/10.
