Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk
Talkdesk is being used by all the departments in my company. All the employees use Talkdesk to provide customer service to all of our stakeholders. We mostly use Talkdesk for inbound and outbound calls. Our company use Talkdesk because it is super easy to use it and its efficient. As we provide customer service, this software handles all of the workload.
- Very user friendly.
- Can see the caller ID and can transfer the calls to other agents.
- Can monitor live calls.
- The layout is great and it is easy to navigate.
- Need to reset or refresh the callbar multiple times.
- Increased productivity.
- Reduced the call handle times.
- Increased call quality.
Using this software with my company has always been exceptional. I've been using talk desk for almost 3 years now and it is quick to get any issue resolved. I do appreciate the call transferring feature because it saved my as well as customer's time if they reached out to the wrong department.
I've only used Talkdesk.
