Overall Satisfaction with Talkdesk

Talkdesk is used across the board for our department as the go-to platform for outreach to both prospective and current clients. Talkdesk's integration with Salesforce allows for the easiest possible way to ensure our teams are meeting their daily and weekly metrics for outreach and maintaining communications. Each of our team members to leverage Talkdesk to maintain their own pipelines with thorough and effective tracking and reporting. Without Talkdesk our outreach efforts would be cut substantially and we would by no means be able to maintain the amount of contact we do.

Talkdesk is exceedingly easy to use from a general employee perspective but can also be much more helpful if you are able to dive into the analytics side of things. It's very easy to train new employees on how to use Talkdesk and how to best put it to use in any given day-to-day scenarios. Talkdesk has allowed each member of our staff to be able to reach out and maintain communications with their entire pipeline. The ease of use is top-notch and integrations with SF, Gmail and Groove allow everything to operate seamlessly. I would strongly encourage using Talkdesk if you have a large team trying to maintain consistent outreach to relatively large pipelines.
I'm not involved personally with the deployment from the tech side but once it's been set up we have been able to get our new employees ready to go with utilizing Talkdesk very quickly. All of that said, the implementation of Salesforce across our entire division is seemingly perfect and I can't imagine it being very difficult to get up and running for new companies.

Talkdesk is our organization's go-to platform allowing all client-facing employees to easily reach out to and build relationships while also tracking metrics. I'm not sure if it's compatible with other CRM but Talkdesk is and SF work great together and the added data through tracking metrics and productivity allows us to better support our employees' development as well. Talkdesk is best suited for reps who maintain large pipelines and are constantly required to be on the phones. Talkdesk is fully integrated with SF and Google for reporting and maintaining consistency with our outreach and communications.
