Tealium Customer Data Hub is used for collecting, standardizing, storing, and distributing prospect and customer data across the bank. Tealium Customer Data Hub IQ, AudienceStream, and EventStream are all used to support Tealium Customer Data Hub's functionalities including identity resolution, dynamic audience creation, and real-time distribution of data to downstream systems using compliance server-to-server integrations within Financial Services.
- Integrating real-time data collection via Tealium Customer Data Hub IQ tag manager and server-to-server integrations with back-end banking systems as well as 3rd parties.
- Ability to capture, store, and distribute data and events to downstream systems in real-time (sub-second).
- Tealium Customer Data Hub Collect's ability to convert client-side tagging to HTTPS server-side events for greater security, performance, and future-proofing solution for the demise of 3rd party cookies.
- Ability to easily store, retrieve, and use historical data on Tealium Customer Data Hub Visitor profiles beyond 90-day windows compared to other CDP vendors.
- B2B Data Management: B2B database capabilities are still a work in progress with limited to no support for Account Level profiles & Lead-to-Account Match.
- Campaign & Journey Orchestration: Does not have a journey orchestration UI to support campaign related capabilities such as Real-Time Messages, Multi-Step Campaigns, or Multi-Channel Campaigns.
- Extensive pre-built integrations to common market solutions enabling single view of marketing data

We've used Tealium Customer Data Hub to implement server-side pixel tagging and CAPI integrations for Google's Ad Suite, Facebook, LinkedIn, Amazon, and others which has significantly improved our capabilities with moving to 1st party tracking and the deprecation of 3rd party cookies. These enhancements have allowed us to significantly improve our media campaigns with 1st party conversion events and real-time suppression of converted customers.
Tealium is a solid CDP vendor with leading capabilities when it comes to data collection and distribution in real-time (sub-sec) compared to other evaluated vendors. Tealium Customer Data Hub's ease of ingesting new data with limited additional configuration required compared to other CDP vendors is a very positive component when considering a CDP vendor to select.
