Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We are a small business and TeamViewer has helped me with remote support of users. Currently TeamViewer is only used by the IT Department (Me) and I am using it for remote support for our branch offices. It addresses the business problem of effectively remotely supporting users with computer problems.

The main reason I selected TeamViewer is because it offers a free version for non-commercial use which allows me to help friends remotely in addition to my coworkers. Also, TeamViewer provides the ability to record user sessions which could be useful for training purposes. LogMeIn did not offer this feature.
