I use TeamViewer to perform deployment tasks on application servers remotely, I also use it to control my computer remotely and perform code reviews, ticket management, connect through VPN networks, check application logs, do error handling and perform devops and infrastructure tasks.
- Full control of equipment remotely.
- Compatibility with different operating systems.
- Very easy to use.
- Sometimes is difficult to connect and I got several errors before I can get connected.
- It should have a version of the UI more adapted to mobile devices.
- The possibility to control mobile devices.
- It saves me a lot of time by being able to run tasks remotely.
- The free version has all the features included.
- Savings in costs of transferring technical support personnel.
