I use TeamViewer to take the remote access of the desktop or laptop.
I also give the control of my desktop and laptop to others using TeamViewer.
TeamViewer is very user-friendly.
It is secure and helped a lot during corona pandemic for remote access of laptop and desktop in my organization.

In our organization we always contact IT support team for any kind of installation.
But, it is difficult for IT support team to come to the place of faculty and perform installation.
Instead they take access of our system through TeamViewer and perform installation quickly.
This saves time of both faculty and IT support team.

Based on the requirements and use of TeamViewer for screen share or remote access or files transfer, etc. the security will be selected for the preferred task.
