Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
we use TeamViewer to remote into our company issue laptops, desktops, cellphones to diagnose, troubleshoot, etc. saves a lot of time and energy for user to be working instead of coming to our offices to look at the issues they are having
- Remote access is pretty easy
- comes with anti-malware (partnered with malware bytes)
- Monitoring
- Sometimes it tends to freeze
- newer interface needs to be more user friendly
- gives us control to remote in when users are available to work with us
- ROI has been ok
- More visual aspect of the issues users are having
- LogMeIn Pro, GoTo Connect and Join.me (discontinued)
its easier to use, easier to management laptops and other devices, etc

it meets our needs by giving us the tools we need to help our end users. we are based in southern california and supporting different states as well. it has been helpful.
