Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
We are an MSP and we use TeamViewer to access our clients' machines to support them.
- Fast connection
- High Quality connection
- tabbed connections
- multiple connections to one device
- the jump from the business plan with 200 endpoints to a larger plan is huge in pricing
- pricing in general is quite steep
- no msi for business clients
- Without remote access tools my life would be in the car

I think AnyDesk might be a superior product and I might switch to it, screenconnect however is slower and is only accesible via a web interface
