Overall Satisfaction with TeamViewer
I use the TeamViewer for supporting user, the software is very easy and the good experience. I shared the software to my colleages, they always use in the company everyday, I like to feature control the keyboard and mouse on remote computer, some urgent case no waiting the accept from the remote user. It is best software.

- Control the keyboard and mouse on remoted PC

- Can set the password for remoting
- Allow user customize and arrange the icon

Easy for deploying or installing this software, and on remote desktop user, it takes easy for opening and using it. One share screen can communicate on, like remote desktop and chatting, sharing the files and some setting configure to user, central remote and monitoring all sessions user via one graphic

If user in local network can using the app with sigle sign-on.
If user out of office, they can use the PC and request remote the sharing, they must to use two factor authentication, or use another device like phone or tablet.
